Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are essential micronutrients for health, generally consumed in small quantities less than 1 g/day. They are usually absorbed unchanged and many have catalytic function. Vitamins are vital substance, which are necessary food factors. They are organic nutrients required in minute quantities to maintain the growth and normal metabolism. Unlike carbohydrate, fats or proteins they do not produce energy and serve as building material, but essential function is the regulation of physiological processes. Most of the vitamins serve as coenzyme. Most of them cannot be synthesized by the body. The body can assemble some vitamins if raw material called provitamin provided.

This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredient.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history before taking this medication specially of certain blood disorders for e.g. vitamin B12 deficiency, Megaloblastic anaemia.
Adverse effect with vitamins B1 and B2 seldom occur with administration of thiamines but hypersensitivity reaction have occured. Large doses of riboflavin result in bright yellow discoloration of the urine which may interfere with certain laboratory test. Cyanocobalamin and Hydroxycobalamin not be given to patients without first confirming the diagnosis, and should not be used to treat megaloblastic anaemia or in pregnancy. Administration of doses greater than 10 g daily may produce a haematological response in patients with folate deficiency. Indiscriminate use may mask the precise diagnosis. Zinc sulphate which is in the form of zinc often used for oral administration causes adverse gastro- intestinal effects.
One or two Capsules a day or as recommended by the physician.
Store in a cool (below 25°C) & dry place. Protect from light.
