Sex for men has to do with two things; the ability to manage the flow of blood to and fro the penis as well as the ability to control the release of semen out of the penis. Whatever you take in directly as in eating, drinking and inhaling has great effect on your sexual performance, positively and negatively depending what got into the system.
It is very important to note that your sexual ability has a direct link to your overall health, as sex has to do with both the ‘first hand’ blood (erection) and ‘second hand’ blood (semen) which has to do with the condition of the heart and consequently the overall body system health-wise.
The big top secret about sex is to always match your performance with what you ate, drank or inhaled days before or just before you engaged in sex and try to strike off or reduce the intake of such sex killers or increase and balance the intake of those sex builders. Please note that these varies with different individuals; on issues of sex, you only could be your best physician.
The guidelines below are for a very sexually healthy male and you are expected to only fall 1 category below to be graded as being healthy for your age. If you fall 2 categories below, then your health condition needs to be taken seriously as it is an indication that you could be having silent health challenges no matter how healthy you feel and look as an individual.
There are many cases of persons who slump and die surprisingly and there is always the closest fact that these person could have been having sexual issues which to them only stop at that, without relating it to their overall health condition.
This is how to interpret the rating below; if you are 20 – 35 years you are considered healthy if you can continuously have sex a minimum of once daily when necessary and if you can also continuously have sex 3 times a week when necessary you are considered healthy regardless of the fact that you dropped to the next category of 35 – 45 years which is category B. Your health will only need attention if you are 20 – 35 years and you can only continuously have sex a maximum of 2 times in a week when necessary which means dropping from category A to category C.
Category A: 20 – 35 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of once in 24 hours when necessary.
Category B: 35 – 45 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of 3 times in 7 days when necessary.
Category C: 45 – 55 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of 2 times in 7 days when necessary.
Category D: 55 – 65 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of once in 7 days when necessary.
Category E: 65 – 75 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of once in 2 weeks when necessary.
Category F: 75 – 85 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of once in a month when necessary.
Category G: 85 – 95 Years
Should be able to continuously have sex a minimum of once in 2 months when necessary.
The above are based on my personal experiences and judgement as a sexually active person and are meant for every man to look inward and improve on his sex life and by implication his overall health.
